T-28 Scout Patrol/Low Altitude Transport (S.P.L.A.T.)

The T-28 Scout Patrol is the Eastern Block's answer to recent Jade Empire attempts at mastering scout craft technology. This project has been in the works for quite sometime, and is also an answer to recent scout-class vehicle buildups of PCS troops. The SPLAT is powered by a simple micro-fusion core, imbedded in the rear of the vehicle, and motivated by two Podkletnov-Type Hoverpads.

Also, the T-28 Scout Patrol is equipped with dual .40 caliber chain guns, with a rounds per minute rate of 800. These rounds, are case less uranium-depleted spikes. Also, a veteran pilot can usually learn the skill of landing the pads across troops, or running hi speed at them, usually resulting in decapitation. 

The SPLAT was inspired, obviously, by a vehicle from the hit computer game Unreal Tournament 2004. In this game, one of the vehicles, namely the Manta is really neat hovers, and can squish people with it's turboprop fans. Here is a picture of it.
